Choosing a therapist is an important investment in your well-being. I believe you should have a clear understanding of fees, insurance coverage, and payment options before beginning therapy. My goal is to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

Insurance Accepted

MacNeil Clinical Services is currently in-network with the following insurance plans:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts

  • Aetna

  • Cigna

  • MassHealth Standard

*Coverage and benefits vary by plan. Eligibility, benefits, and network participation will be verified before your first appointment.

Credentialing in Progress

  • Point32Health (Harvard Pilgrim & Tufts Health Plan)

  • Optum / UnitedHealthcare

  • Carelon Behavioral Health

  • MBHP

Additional insurance plans will be added as credentialing is completed.

Private Pay

Private pay is available for individuals who prefer not to use insurance or whose plan is not currently accepted.

Current Fees

  • Initial Evaluation — $200

  • Individual Therapy (45 minutes) — $175

  • Individual Therapy (53–60 minutes) — $200

Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
